Notesploy is a developer-focused note-taking and knowledge management platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@notesploy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Free tier is available with no payment required.
• Paid plans (Plus at $10/month, billed monthly or annually) are charged in advance.
• Enterprise pricing is negotiated directly with our sales team.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Notesploy to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service in a way that degrades performance.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create. By using Notesploy, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host and display your content solely to provide the service. Notesploy's name, logo, and software remain our exclusive property.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable grace period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notesploy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Notesploy operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
